Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook!!

Cyberware cannot repair permanent Injuries. I have no idea what you're talking about with regards to this being touched on elsewhere. My memory isn't as good as it used to be, but I suspect you're thinking of someone's house rule or an Infiniverse Exchange product. It might have been a<nother> hold...

Re: My very first Torg purchase

I was going through my old stuff, and I dug through my Torg boxed set. At the very bottom of the box was a pristine receipt from when I bought the box. Imagine plopping down $30 ($60 equivalence today) as a kid on a game you had never heard of, especially with the internet completely unknown to me ...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook!!

Hmmm....HMMMMMMMM.... Rubs still too-swollen chin... :ugeek: Give your chin a rest. Switch to thoughtfully tapping the side of your skull for a bit. Look at edeinos in the Core rulebooks and then look at them in the Living Land book with the Optants, Goteks, different tribes, etc. Consider as well ...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook!!

I just realized I haven't seen anyone comment about the Recalibrated Cyberware Perk...I actually just double checked to make sure it didn't get accidentally cut. :-) My only request on this is a comment about using Cyberware to "repair" permanent injuries. I know this use of Cybernetics h...

I just realized I haven't seen anyone comment about the Recalibrated Cyberware Perk...I actually just double checked to make sure it didn't get accidentally cut. :-) Why is this a "one and done" Perk? Why not allow it to be taken in the same way as Cyberware (additional Perks of Recalibra...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook!!

Right now Cyberwear is just gear that's easy to conceal and hard to remove. At the risk of being reductive, this is a TTRPG - almost anything your character has, from any source is a way to make numbers bigger or smaller. Some of the things you get from perks may look less like numerical movement t...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook!!

And if it's purchased, what does the Cyberpapacy have to offer characters in the way of perks that is unique? It probably doesn't HAVE to have something unique, but the advantage of unique perks for each cosm is that Player characters are special in different ways. After all, if a Realm Runner can ...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook!!

I admit that I wish there was an "official" option for doing Cyberwear as equipment instead of a Perk. To my mind, it doesn't really fit the mold of a Perk. Perks are something that are relatively rare in a populous. Even in Aylse, relative few people can can true spells (as opposed to Can...

Re: Aysle Sourcebook Q&A Thread

Stating in advance that I know this is extremely unlikely though all things are possible in TORG - especially if backed up by a Martyr card. Anyway if someone with the Exorcism Perk successfully performed an exorcism on Thorfinn Bjanni does Uthorian's spirit get banished to some netherworld for a y...
