Re: Three Glories

Although it feels like a lot of the 'alignment' restrictions have been phased out in the new version - there's no 'Good/Evil' mechanic for Nile Empire or 'Honour/Corruption' for Aysle. Although I guess you might be bringing these in the sourcebooks. Alignments are phased out, probably because they'...

Re: The benefits of interaction attacks during multi-action

You need some peculiar initiative(You First right after Enemy First, or some extra turn like Flurry cardplay) to take advantage of Interaction Attack effect Enemy Vulnerable at One-on-One combat, right? Re: Migratory Birds

Without some ecological morphing, like we get in the Living Land, it might be that animals don't transform at all. Or they replenish possibility energy faster than humans do, and so staying put for a few months is enough. That said, we're already in an extinction level event. It's unlikely that thin...

Re: Nile Empire Sourcebook Questions

When Mobius/Sutenhotep first became Pharoah, he would have been aspiring to be the titular head of the Amaatism religion and, at that time, presumably have had no difficulty as a miracle worker. Though his ego has undoubtedly grown as a High Lord, I have no trouble with the concept that he believes...

Re: Called Shots

This only really matters in terms of the bigger enemies. Especially if that enemy is a Dragon, with approximately soccer ball sized eyes, then there's the added benefit of avoiding his natural armor. This doesn't help with exploding dice, but the toughness reduction can more than make up for it as ...

Re: Playing fast and loose with lethal/non-lethal damage

Accidentally killing someone is, sadly, a thing that can totally happen, but that should be a Mishap, not a huge success. Since ranged attacks are the only ones that don't have a non-lethal option, this seems reasonable. Someone who goes "oops" for killing someone after firing at them wit...
