Re: Aysle Sourcebook Q&A Thread

Okee dokee a couple of questions about Whirlwind (and then I will have fine-toothed all of the spells except the cantrips, whew!) First question - If this initial casting targets something and you exceed DN 10 but get less than the Dodge of the Target does the spell fail? I.e. suffer backlash and n...

Re: Aysle Sourcebook Q&A Thread

Two questions on Animate Skeleton - First, "If multiple skeletons animate," - what does this refer to, i.e. how can the spell animate multiple skeletons? Is it as simple as, the spell affects all nearly intact skeletons within 10 meters or is it something else? You can Multi-target in an ...

Re: Things you'd like to know about Tharkold

Where are the Synthecyclers? The idea of semi-intelligent machines processing rubble into useful products was one of the more evocative aspects of the original Tharkold.

Is the concept of using tech to bolster the Magic axiom still a thing or did that become a contradiction?

Re: What do you want to know about the Cyberpapacy

I was saying to Darrell and Greg yesterday that I think the Cyberpapacy might be the cosm that is most surprisingly different in Torg Eternity. I mean, everyone probably figured that there wouldn't be much change to the Nile Empire, but the Living Land would have significant differences. The Cyberp...

It was cut for space reasons.

Re: Perks, Powers, and Savage Worlds

That's definitely a Year Two or later project. Right now, Elements only has 15 spells in the list, if I remember correctly, so trying to build a meaningful list just off one arcane knowledge would need lots more stuff to pull off.

Re: Aysle setting Q&A thread

Uthorian believed that the Torg was a gestalt/amalgamation being, not just of one High Lord and their Darkness Device but *many* potent beings. This raises a *ton* of questions to me that aren't really answered. ... Have you read Old TORG's War's End ? You know, I *have* War's End but I don't think...
