Re: Google map of Core Earth

Also, the exact, precise location of a stela was never really a concern, except ... one time I think. I put an Orrorsh one right at the summit of Mount Everest. LOL. Well, I do thank you for clearing that up, Dean. I honestly do appreciate it. To all others in the conversation, thank you so much fo...

Re: Google map of Core Earth

First, understand that I get the amount of hard work that was put into this map, and I do appreciate it. I am honestly NOT trying to bomb on anything that's been done. Second, I had forgotten about Mercator Effect altogether. That likely explains the differences. On a flat earth map, even on Google ...

Re: Google map of Core Earth

If that's true, shouldn't our friends at Ulisses re-visit the map and re-work it? Has anyone other than me actually measured these zones? Is it really that important? I'm honestly NOT trying to criticize, as I love what I'm seeing, but I've been measuring -and, I'm a Drafter by degree if not trade, ...

Re: Google map of Core Earth

I have a question for those willing to answer, because I'm confused about something... when drawing a perfect triangle to represent a zone, does the 300 mile diameter of the zone intersect with the sides of the triangle, or the corners of the triangle? Or, is it supposed to be 300 miles from corner ...

Re: Infiniverse Exchange Early Access

If you replied to the PM, it is in your drivethrurpg account. Understood. I wasn't fast enough, and I've nothing prepared, anyway. Doc - They will become available to the public next Friday. This thread was for the folks who felt they could get something ready before then to be part of the first wa...

Re: Infiniverse Exchange Early Access

Alright, thus comes my next question -and, perhaps I missed it somewhere: where can I find the layout stuff, the template materials you want us to use, Eric?

Re: Infiniverse Exchange Early Access

You definitely do not have to use InDesign. That's why we provide the transparent image files as well - so that you can import them into any desktop publisher. Excellent! I have Publisher, though I've honestly never used it; I have been able to make Word sing in the past. I'm certain I can do the s...

Re: Infiniverse Exchange Early Access

I missed your deadline, Eric, but that's alright, I've been sort of stumped on what it is I would like to do, anyway, though I definitely would love to write and put things together. I work with transparent .PNGs often, though I tend to take a lot of time removing transients, perhaps more than I sho...

Re: The Infiniverse is Live!

That's my cue to engage in desperate expectations management. I'm writing things I want to use, and then making them available because I hope they will be useful to and enjoyed by other people. It's nothing like the scale and sophistication of SoA. (I don't expect Infiniverse Exchange to actually m...
