Re: Reconnecting Outside of Combat

All good/reasonable suggestions. Might be a good place to say 'GM's Call'.

Re: Reconnecting Outside of Combat

The 10 second thing is because the group could still be doing interesting stuff in that scene (like searching for clues, talking to an npc, etc.) and a round is roughly 10 seconds. If the group isn't doing anything, you could handwave... But... In the rules a 1 on a reconnect is a loss of a reality ...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook Preview Discussion

That doesn't match how I'm reading it. It isn't phrased as "you can only take one shot the entire turn" -- the implication is that the follow-up to your Aim must be a single shot. My interpretation: First I take an Aim simple action, then for my first action I shoot at a single target wit...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook Preview Discussion

I just wanted to "upvote" this comment. This is an inexpensive implant that's incredibly powerful. Basically, it means that as long as you're doing single-shot attacks (which is a restriction, yes, but also means you're avoiding multi-targeting penalties), your shots (A) are at +4 to hit,...

Bellesnipe seems OP at only 3K especially when combined with the sniper perk. I just wanted to "upvote" this comment. This is an inexpensive implant that's incredibly powerful. Basically, it means that as long as you're doing single-shot attacks (which is a restriction, yes, but also mean...

Re: Cyberpapacy Sourcebook!!

Maybe there is a misunderstanding about permanent injuries. 1) the actual rule called permanent injuries when a character tests for defeat, doesn't die, but has a permanent -1 to an attribute. -cyberware can't fix this. Maybe with the exception of -1 str then getting 2 cyberarms with +1 str. But it ...

Re: Year 2 and the Future

I only have 2 products. A very small group of archtypes I made so the Exchange would have items on it. And the Paraverse, which is a hefty sourcebook for an alternative cosmverse. I might be wrong, but i think it's the most expensive item on the Exchange at $10, but the amount of work it took as wel...

Re: PC Ravagons

By the time in the old war that Ravagons stated rebelling, the other PCs were expected to have some hefty experience behind them. When your party no longer feared the appearance of a Ravagon, it wasn't to overpowering to add one to the group. As for balance, Edeinos have an option for flight(ish) a...

Re: What's behind the names of Cyberpapacy augments and weapons?

Since I read the Core Rules, I've been curious about Cyberpapacy augments and weapons, and more specifically about their names. Consider the following list: ⋅ Belleview 20-20 Cyber Eye ⋅ Belleview Low-Light MK II ⋅ CyberHam ⋅ CSI EyeKill MK IV ⋅ Har...
