Personal view...

Perks which rely on Cosm Laws work elsewhere for p-rated characters all the time. They are just a contradiction.

Now if the Doomed character dies while disconnected, then maybe they don't come back.

Instead of adding bonus dice for high rolls, I'm considering adding 1 point of damage for every 10 points over Toughness, excluding the first level of Outstanding success.
