English TDE Books

Postby Morgoth Feuerklinge » Mon Feb 26, 2018 6:43 am

Is it correct that with Starless Sky, only one book is available in English? I try to improve my English language skills, which is why I want to read the TDE books in English from now.

I mean novels and not rule books or regional descriptions.
Please excuse my bad English, I'm a beginner.

I'll look around a bit and let you know, Morgoth.

EDIT: Upon checking, the only other English novel I could find was "The Dark Eye - The Andergastan" on Ulisses North America's site.

Very true but I can't seem to find any other The Dark Eye novels in English unless they made some for 4th ed.

Many many years ago I found in an English bookstore „the charlatan“ by Kiesow himself

Looked around on amazon and found it, it's listed as Realms of Arkania: The Charlatan. Likely connected with the Northlands Trilogy that came out in the early 90's. I may pick that up since I'm in the midst of a playthrough of Star Trail.

Storywise it’s not connected but it must have been published arround that time. You could look if there are others in the realms of arcania series. At least in german that same book was also published as audiobook as part of a deluxe Drakensang package.

The charlatan... thank you for this advice. I will buy it... again. I already own it in the German version. A good book.

The Heroes' Breviary of the Warring Kingdoms is another (mini)novel that has been released. It was a fun read. It is cool seeing the heroes in it mentioned in some of the adventures.
