translate to Japanese?

Postby thermalhead » Mon Nov 20, 2017 9:40 pm

Dear Eric

I am a fan living in Japan who has played TORG 25 years ago.
In Japan, members who like TORG have been holding conventions for 20 years, and I greatly expect TORG ETERNITY.
I also participate in TORG Eterity's Kickstarter.

In order to play TORG ETERNITY in Japanese, we would like to translate CoreRule into Japanese, publish its abstract version on its own expenses, and sell it to applicants.
In the future, it is said that permission to make my own works with INFINIVERSE is permitted, but is it possible for my Japanese translation to be permitted as Ulisses Spiele company? :?:

When publishing translated version self-published in Japan, we plan to receive price equivalent to printing expenses.

Please give me an answer

I am using Google translation,Sorry.

You can do translations for your home game, but we cannot allow you to resell translated versions of the game. Anyone interested in working with us to do official licensed translations should contact me directly. I will put you in touch with Markus, and he will make the appropriate decisions.

I know we have many fans in Japan, so a Japanese translation would be great. But we have to do it properly.

Thanks!

Dear Eric

Thank you for your reply.

Currently I'm thinking about 'guide book' which is not a complete translation, but by using it in combination with the original document, even people who only read Japanese can play.
If you are able to acquire the license, I would like to ask you a question. Please tell me how to contact.

In addition, since we are poor at English, it will correspond in Google translation.

Hello!

The easiest way to do this would be a Japanese translation of the Game Reference:
http://torg-gamereference.com/

Are you able to make a website like this for Japanese fans? We would love to see that!

English is my native language, but I'm fluent in Japanese (I've lived here for 14 years). I don't have time to translate things, but let me know if Google Translate is causing communication problems and I'll see whether I can help.

英語は母語ですが、日本へもう14年になっていますので、日本語もできます。あいにく、翻訳に参加する余裕はありませんが、グーグル翻訳経由のやりとりが困難となったら、遠慮なくご連絡ください。微力ながらも手伝いたいと思います。
