Shouldn't there have been a different chart for firearms vs energy weapons since they use a different skill? There are 4 skills for non-melee weapons, but only 3 charts.

Given the relatively few energy weapons available, it may not have been feasible as far as page layout was concerned.

I understand that, but then there should just be a note in the weapon description or an asterisk by the weapon's name in the chart with a note that those are energy weapons.

Maybe that should be submitted as a correction using the form.

I guess it is for mechanical / balance reasons, but as you can't use anything longer than a pistol in melee, I do not see why caracters should use any rifle or machine gun.
I will try to post a damage/caliber chart using the new Torg Chart (did you remark that it is no longer 1 1,5 2,5 4 6 10 but 1 2 3 4-5 6-9 10).

So here are the changes I will implement, they won't be huge :
only the weapons I would change :
.45 Colt -- 13
M4 carbine/M16 -- 14
machine guns would be 15
Thompson 1928 should 13
If I respected real world physics, I guess that pistols would be 2 points under rifles, changing just 4 entries in my games is so easy.

Not sure how easy it would be to add, but for my brother's game (Nile Empire/Terra based), we had a Grumman Goose.

This plane, as seen on "Tales of the Gold Monkey" would be a better fit for a traveling set of Nile adventurers than the PBY.

I think the stats I had figured for it was:
Tech 21
Toughness 17

Empty Weight: 5,425# (2,466kg, value 17)
Loaded Weight: 8,000# (3,626kg, value 18)

Max speed: 200mph
Range: 640 miles
Service Ceiling: 21,300ft
Rate of Climb: 1,100ft/minute
Take-off distance: 1000 feet

Fuel Capacity: 220 gallons (1,540# @ 7#/gallon) -- implies ~ 3 miles per gallon

Is there a weapon missing? I see "Heavy Club" in the weapon descriptions but no corresponding entry in the chart.

Possibly. Use the reporting form to remove the reference to heavy club?

Is there any reason to get an Impact Hammer when the War Hammer has the exact same stats, is slightly easier to acquire, and doesn't Contradict outside of tLL?
