Awesome! One of the things that has come up frequently in our games is "what magic axiom is this randomly enchanted item"?

Aw, I have rocks that let me forecast the weather here on Earth!

*picks up rock* It's going to rain.

See?

Does this mean we (GMs) are going to have a magic item creation toolkit based on adjectives (i.e. pile them up to give items special properties)?

"Mirror, mirror on the wall, put me through to Albert Small" - making a long distance call at Magic Axiom 13.

"OK Pebble, ", talking to the pebble in the corner, "will it rain tomorrow?"

"So I ran the numbers through the accounts book", opens a large tome, ", and this is what it we have.", the tome starts drawing pie charts based on accounts - modern accounts software at Magic Axiom 13.

"Do you want to play the latest MK 13?" Asked the young teen whilst opening a wooden games board where mini illusionary warriors wait to be called to arms.

"..and this is the latest in toy development...", say the sales assistant as she is holding a small CE toy solider which turns its head and blinks waiting to be played with.

"Self tying shoe laces you say?"

"Finally they have released the hover board from back to the future" as long as its Magic Axiom 13!
Question everything.
Politeness costs nothing.

If artifacts are fully sentient, does that mean they have a full stat block and have interaction skills?

If a magic item mimics a spell I assume the axiom for the item will be either 13 or the spell axiom, whichever is higher?

Can magic items store spells to be cast later?
Where do (one shot) scrolls fit into this?
Where do wands (with charges) fit into this (as that is MA12)?
Question everything.

Will there be (light) magic item creation rules?

Essentially, yes.

Lots of named ones too though.
