By the way, Rio isn't the capital of Brazil, it's just the largest and most populated city. Brasilla is the capital. It was deliberately built in the middle of the country for propaganda purposes and suffered from all sorts of problems.

I'm going to say I had a brain fart and temporarily mixed up Buenos Aires with Rio because I was going there. Yeah. That's the ticket.

It's so wild that they managed to turn it around and made it into an impressive metropolis despite its … dubious … beginnings.
