homebrew eldar

I pulled this from a fb group and edited it

Drukhari
BP Cost - 10
Base Tier - 1
Speed - 8
Attribute Modification - +1 Initiative, +1 Agility
No Psykers; Drukhari cannot become Psykers.
Intense Emotions: As normal Eldar.
Souls As Sustenance: Drukhari feed on fear, pain, suffering & souls of others. As a result, they gain a +2DN penalty to all interaction tests, excluding Intimidation tests, when interacting with anyone whom does not possess the Drukhari keyword.

Tier 3. Species: Eldar.
Attribute Requirements: Intelligence 3, Willpower 3.
Skill Requirements – Psychic Mastery 4.
Influence Bonus - +3
Keywords: Eldar, Asuryani, <Craftworld>, Psyker
Wargear: Rune Armour. Bonesinger Shard. Spirit Stone. Webway Keystone.
Ability – The Bonesinger may substitute their Psychic Mastery in place of their Tech skill for any rolls relating to Eldar technology. Bonesingers begin play with the Smite & Psyniscience powers for free, not counting toward their total powers. May purchase Minor Powers, Universal Powers, Runes of Battles powers.

Farseer - BP Cost 70
Tier 4. Species: Eldar.
Attribute Requirements: Willpower 4,
Skill Requirements - Psychic Mastery 4, Scholar 4
Influence Bonus - +2
Keywords: Eldar, Asuryani, <Craftworld>, Psyker
Wargear: Rune Armour, Spirit Stone, Psy-Focus, Witchblade or Singing Spear, Ghosthelm
Ability - The Farseer begins play with the Smite & Psyniscience powers for free, not counting toward their total powers. May purchase minor powers, universal powers & runes of battle powers. The Farseer may re-roll failed dice once per Psychic Mastery test without the expenditure of wrath.

Howling Banshees
Tier 2. Species: Eldar
Attribute Requirements: Strength 2, Initiative 2
Skill Requirements: Weapon Skill 3
Influence Bonus: +0

Wargear: Heavy Mesh Armour, Power Sword, Shuriken Pistol
Ability: The Howling Banshee may invoke a Charge as part of a Run or Sprint action.

Incubus - BP Cost 30

Skill Requirements: Intimidation 3, Weapon Skill 3.

Wargear: Incubus Power Armour (As Ignatus, but with diff keywords), Klaive
Ability: Lethal precision. In the event that an Incubus scores a critical hit, they increase the damage rating of the attack by +2ED.

Reaver* - BP Cost 20
Tier 2. Species: Drukhari
Attribute Requirements: Agility 4, Initiative 3.
Skill Requirements: Pilot 3, Weapon Skill 2.
Influence Bonus: +1
Keywords: Eldar, Drukhari, <Wych Cult>
Wargear: Bodyglove, Reaver Jetbike, Splinter Pistol
Ability: Deadly Rider; Suffers no penalty attacking from a moving vehicle. Reduce the DN of Vehicular stunts by 2.

*For a Hellion variant, replace Reaver Jetbike and Splinter Pistol with Skyboard and Hellglaive.

Archon - BP Cost 70
Tier 4. Species: Drukhari.
Attribute Requirements: Willpower 4, Fellowship 4
Skill Requirements: Intimidation 2, Cunning 2, Deception 2, Leadership 2
Influence Bonus: +3
Keywords: Eldar, Drukhari, <Kabal>
Wargear: Eldar Mesh Armour, Choice of; Huskblade, Agoniser, Power Sword, Venom Blade. Choice of; Splinter Pistol or Blast Pistol. Shimmershield.
Ability: +Rank to all Influence and Interaction tests with all characters with the Drukhari keyword. (May be extended to the Eldar keyword at GM discretion, for example in Ynnari campaigns.)

Very nice,

I might suggest making specific notes of the Aspect Helmets as part of the Wargear for the Howling Banshee and Striking Scorpion since these have their own built in special weapons, and maybe even specific aspect armor for the Dark Reaper.

For the Dark Reaper, I think you're on the right track, but maybe OP (and as written would need a clarification about shifts/crits/complications) , I might suggest cribbing from the Dark Angels chapter ability and instead having the Reaper negate penalties equal to rank under certain circumstances. This also fits with the way the system generally handles bonuses and penalties, where Bonuses are applied in numbers of dice and Penalties add to the TN. If you wanted to keep the +1 modifier as you have it, maybe limit it to a number of dice equal to the character's rank.
