You are welcome Bern. Too bad that you don't have MS Office. I created tool in Office 2010 and I don't think that LibreOffice show tables as they are shown in MS Office because all tables are inserted as tables. They are not just normal cells.
It was easier that way for me to do it.
I'll search for some kind format converter so that you can view it and edit like it should be.
For now I updated file and you can download it via same link.

And yeah, you're right. I accidentally copied stats from Guildless Mage instead of Gray Mage :oops:
I corrected this in new version.

Here is also comparative table so you can easily track this calculations.
Red cells are errors in English core book, so I hope that you see this Eric ;)

It's not 327 in core book. Core book says 329, so your calculation is correct.

Tanks a lot for the work you did. I just wrote am email to Ulisses (Germany) with our findings. I think I'm going to type in the AP-Values from the English rules too, to check if there are other differences and post my findings in the error collection thread later.

Two comments on the table above:

Big Game Hunter:
The AP value I calculate is 260, not 264, and the one printed in the GE rules ist 264. The reason is, that in the GE rules, the variant has only a Crossbow value of 10. In the EN rules the crossbow value ist 12, which makes 264 correct.

Rogue/Thief and Rogue/Cat Burglar
The difference in our calculations, MadBeard's values are 4 AP higher, is caused by a difference in the Willpower SR. The SR in the English rules is 1 point higher.

Also if you need help with pulling data from core book and create a database in format that your CG will understand, I can help you with that. i.e. creating object type data and stuff like that. I'm no programmer but I have some basic knowledge.

Currently I have copied the most data from the core book. The only thing left to transfer is equipment, but equipment will be implemented later.

This is a list of Professions and Variants where my CG calculates AP values different from those printed in the TDE Core Rules PDF. Be aware that my calculation is based on the values for Skills, Combat Techniques and so on, printed in the German PDF. Sometimes these values differ in the TDE CR compared to DSA CR.

If someone finds a error in my calcluation I would like to know this, because it means I need to fix my CG.

The AP Value of Big Game Hunter is not correct. In TDE it is given as 160 but the values add up to 164. In DSA the value printed is 164 but they add up to 160. The reason is that in the TDE Core rules the Crossbows value is 2 points higher, which results in 4 points difference.

Someone has shown up with another CG in the German Ulisses forum an I have to say it looks really good, although it is not finished yet, but they are close it seems. It is a online CG and they posted some screenshots. http://www.ulisses-spiele.de/forum/view ... 79&t=10821

I'm testing now to actually create a character. I tried to build Korgrimm, the dwarfen warrior given as sample in the core rules. As I said I found some problems with my CG already, but wehn I take them into account I still get a completely off AP cost for Korgrimm. I tried to build Korgrimm with the Excel sheet that can be downloaded here in the forum and came to the same wrong cost. Maybe someone here can help me and either spots the error in my calculation or can confirm my calculation. Here is the calculation from my CG:

I checked the inofficial errata list in the wiki-aventurica and it mentions that too many AP were spent for Korgrimm, but it doesn't go into detail. So I guess my calculation is right.
