Re: PDF Error Collection Thread

Late to the party, much to late obviously for the print edition ;) But aren't coins called thalers? But so far on pg. 190 on Gaukelei you earn halers and on pg. 193 Singing you also earn halers.

Re: Melee Combat Mechanics.

I just wanted to be clear. When you guys are talking about "CT" you are talking about CTV right? I just want to make sure I'm getting the nomenclature correct.

Re: Master Spirits

And regarding the wiki, I was speaking to the German not the English - which is pretty full, just not seemingly of the kinds of things I'd normally look for. And Dere Globus (I think I got that right). I'm looking at German sources of information, Fanprojekt stuff. When I asked after maps of cities ...

Re: Master Spirits

That is a shame. It looked quite thorough... and useful. Too bad U.S. can't "encourage" them to engage a broader audience. Software aids really appeal, at least to me (and I suspect I'm not alone.). The alchemy stuff alone was tasty, not to mention all the rest.

Master Spirits

Ran into this: http://meistergeister.org/ They spoke about the RatCon on their fora even though it is seemingly a fan-based project I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a possibility of an English translation for 5E? It looks quite useful. I'm also wondering if anyone is aware of any fan produc...

Re: TDE English Resources for Newcomers

Never mind, discovered I already have a high resolution map (in English). No doubt from the Kickstarter.

Re: TDE English Resources for Newcomers

The planner map... the German one. Looks fantastic and the labeling in German is scarcely an impediment. What I wonder though is there a way to acquire the original map that they use in it's full resolution? It would be fantastic to print out. I like big, detailed maps. They add verisimilitude (in m...

Re: TDE English Resources for Newcomers

Thanks, I haven't gotten that far in my reading. I'm doing other things too I'm afraid. I just wish that they'd released a printer friendly version too instead of the duplicate of the printed book. Oh well, at least the text seems editable - so I'll be able to cut and paste as needed since I want la...

Re: TDE English Resources for Newcomers

I'm hoping that there is a GM Screen of some sort out there. The tables in the PDF are so scattered and the PDF itself isn't printer friendly, so cutting and pasting seems problematic at best. The Kickstarter unfortunately didn't come with one, a regrettable oversight in my opinion. I wonder if ther...

New to TDE

But not to gaming. I started playing D&D in 1974, in fact I broke my high school chess club with it in 1976/1977. I've been playing and collecting RPGs ever since. I'd heard of DSA a long time ago and never knew it had tried a previous breakout in the States but I'd always been curious to see it...
