Re: When Cosms Collide Discussion Thread

I have yet to do a really deep dive into the adventure, but it occurs to me that there are two High Lords who might be very interested in the Reality Weavers and perhaps an alternate method of conquest. Mobius would be one. The idea of being Pharaoh of multiple empires would certainly appeal to him....

Re: Comparing Known High Lords

I think Kranod would be at the tail end because he's a (non-animated) corpse. Figure Jazrael would mix it up while Volkov would use minions and we just don't know enough about the Torg:E version of Thratchen. He's a demon, so probably he'd mix it up, too. But based on the Old Torg version, he's a sm...

Re: The Marquis (Advice on this Nile Empire Villain)

What if Lafayette is also The Sparrow? His transformation sparked an onset of multiple personality disorder. He recruits the Knights as The Sparrow to thwart The Marquis, but because he is also The Marquis his other personality has "inside information" on the heroes' plans.

Re: Cyberdeck - why not cyberware?

Also, figure that cyberware will be able to be bought as equipment. Figure it'll work a lot like the Nile gadgets that can be bought. You get the use of a Pulp power but only at the basic level and it still comes with a minor flaw in that it's a gadget that can be lost, stolen, broken, etc. Getting ...

Re: Cyberdeck operations

My biggest concern about Cyberdeck is: What a Cyberdeck can do WITHOUT the Net? As far as I know, the most common solution for the "Decker Problem" among Japanese OTorg GMs was "No Decker available, for No GodNet comes into play. Period." Often, a GodNet hacking specialist is co...

Re: Boxes for future Kickstarters

I like the bio hazard one for PP! Tharkold should be in the style of a Hellraiser puzzle box. Nobody would ever play. Of course they would. Your real biggest obstacle would be getting permission from Clive Barker to use his stuff. Ooooh! Thought! As a Tharkold Stretch Goal you get Clive Barke...

Re: Cheap movie: The Velocipastor

This is something that flat-out demands to be in Torg: Eternity. Basically, "raptor form" you'd get a +1 to Toughness from your hide (and couldn't wear other armor) and you'd get a Str+2 claw attack. Figure you couldn't use any skills requiring verbal communication and you'd have the Outsi...

Boxes for future Kickstarters

For the Cyberpapacy, a reliquary box like this but with cyber-style imagery: https://projects.mcah.columbia.edu/treasuresofheaven/relics/jpegs/148.52.1.jpg For Pan-Pacifica a biohazard transport box like this one: https://www.hmark.com/images/SST/sst105red.jpg Anyone have other ideas, especially for...

Re: Aysle Kickstarter!

There's a lot for me to look forward to, but overall I guess I'm most looking forward to the next parts of the Relics of Power adventure.

Re: Corruption Perks

I had two reasons I left the corruption check out of this perk. The first is that I saw this as a Perk that the player has to take, the others are options. A player could decide to simply not use them at all. This one they have to roll at full moon, no choice. The second is that the player is alrea...
