Re: Space Gods

Regarding Space Gods, except for the power creep of some of that high tech, I felt it was a good sourcebook, I liked that the Storm Knights summoned them to help, and that while helpful they also brought along a new threat. Looking back at it, the only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have as...

Google map of Core Earth

I've created a Google Map of Core Earth complete with the stelae boundaries, hardpoints, and bridges previewed so far, at day 90 of the war. This is just a fan created thing, not official, and something to help GM's with their Torg Eternity campaigns. I've endeavored to make it as complete and accur...

Re: Preview #5 - Aysle and the Cyberpapacy

There are certainly a lot of good hardpoint candidates in London - the Parliament building, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Eye, just to name a few. Thinking about this, I think I prefer that the focal point of a city that is a hardpoint might be best left undefined, or just assume that many...

Re: Preview #5 - Aysle and the Cyberpapacy

Thank you, not sure why I had the bridge in London, force of habit I suppose, saw "Liverpool" near it and read "London".

Interesting stuff, thanks for the clarifications.

Re: Preview #5 - Aysle and the Cyberpapacy

So just checking on the hardpoints and bridges, looks like: Confirmed Hardpoints: Winter Palace in St Petersburg London Paris Beaches of Normandy Not confirmed: Alhambra in Spain? My best guess based on the location of the icon. Also, I assume the city-wide hardpoints either have a strong talisman-l...

Re: Preview #4 - Core Earth and the Living Land

Can you provide details on where the hard points and bridges in the Living Land are? The low resolution makes it hard to make out, but it looks like Philadelphia is still a hard point, but Detroit no longer is, and Washington DC might be a hard point now. Also it looks like Seattle and possibly Pal...

I have a theory that all Torg GM's are masochists. :)

Greetings from Charlotte NC

I ran two very successful Torg campaigns when I was in the US Air Force, and I look forward to this new version. Hoping to a get new group of players together in Charlotte when Torg Eternity comes out.

Re: Preview #5 - Aysle and the Cyberpapacy

Casting on the fly was something I always wanted players to get to do, but they never did get into magic, and that particular set of rules seemed very cumbersome, so I'm looking forward to Improvising Magic to see how that works. If it's fast and magic is at least in the same ballpark of effectivene...
