Aventuria Bestiary pge 126 has rules for Wound Fever, which is essentially a wound infection. There is also information on Battlefield Fever or Jaundice in the Aventuria Almanac. The Aventuria Compendium 2 , which is not even out in German yet, is supposed to have more information for playing healer...

Official word is that they plan to release all the main books in English. However, at the current rate of translation these Books are probably 1.5 - 2 years out at least.

The Bestiary would be good choice for the next book. Once the Aventuria Compendium becomes available it would be a good choice for the next book after that as it explains skills better, and adds a lot of General and Combat Special Abilities that complement the ones in the Core Rules.. Additionally some of the Fighting Styles are mislabeled unarmed when they are armed. Also Chokehold states the prerequisite is chokehold.
