Re: What did you like/disklike about the Space Gods

Btw, shouldn't there be a darkness device gone mad in Mexico? And does Quin Sebastian know about it?

Re: It is easy to kill a Tharkoldu

I had lots of those moments. I hadn't had time to read the cards, so I often stood there just being awestruck when a player handed me his card. This even happened with cards that were there in oTorg. I was often like oh my god, what did they do with this card?

Re: What did you like/disklike about the Space Gods

On Biotech to have a completely different tech system, it has to be rebuilt from scratch Power Source: just like plastic and steel tech, biotech needs a power source. This could be an organism that converts sunlight into energy or a parasite that lives off its hosts blood, electrical energy, skin s...

Re: What did you like/disklike about the Space Gods

Were I designing it today? Hrm. Magic 3 Social 26 Spirit 5 Tech 28 Exactly how I would do it, except I would keep the biotech. I always thought the Akashans should be the rebels in their cosm (as in Star Wars) and not the enlightened peace-keepers (as in Star Trek). They could search the cosm for w...

Re: What did you like/disklike about the Space Gods

I already posted on another thread: I would strip the Akashans of magic, psi and miracles and go full on the law of acceptance. They are the most experienced with reality and this should be their unique selling point. They are the ones who know how to use reality to its fullest, even in some ways th...

Re: Good Cheat Sheets?

I always write down a short version of rulebooks I work through. In TorgE it amounts to about 60 pages in Word. Especially the perks list proved helpful. If anyone is interested, PM me with your E-Mail-adress and I will send it to you. Disclaimer: I am not 100% sure if I wrote it totally in english,...

Re: Good Cheat Sheets?

Thank you, I will certainly use it. I was way over my head keeping track of the stymied and vulnerabe results in my first game. I copied the part with the wounds and stymies three times to use it as a GM help.

Re: It is easy to kill a Tharkoldu

The first thing I noticed when reading the cards was how beneficial the Core Earth cards are. Woe be to any agents of the High Lords who try to infiltrate Core Earth and run afoul of Storm Knights. It is something I'll have to keep in mind when running in Core Earth. The opposition may have to be p...

Argh, I switched to denglish (a german term for mixing english and german). It is a common word in german RPG, malus, plural mali. It should have been handicap.
