Re: Here comes the Living Land Kickstarter...

I like the physicality of the CD (it would be even cooler if it was 180g vinyl, heh heh) and it allows me to rip lossless content, which is not the case with mp3s. I've had too many hard drive and cloud malfunctions over the years to discount the benefits of a hard copy :)

Re: Here comes the Living Land Kickstarter...

The music might be my favourite part of the Eternity KS - I love it. I use it all the time in my games and have it on my car's usb. I had no idea that we'd be getting more for the Living Land, and the idea of ending up with a whole row of Torg cds makes me absurdly happy.

Re: Here comes the Living Land Kickstarter...

I can't wait. The idea of another cool box to go with the Cargo Box is really pretty exciting. I was blown away by the production value of the Cargo Box and if the Supply Box (still think it should have been a hrockt hammock) is anywhere near it, I'll be very happy. As for the price, yeah, it's not ...

Re: The Godnet

Seconding the church-oriented structure, with data cathedrals and the like - really important to give it that religious feel. I also really like the way that there were areas that Malraux doesn't really understand. Different types of AI, ice, and other free-roaming programs were also very cool.

Re: Talking about the Cargo Box

A KS backer is reporting that his Living Land table tent has no misprint. Has anyone else received an error-free LL table tent? Dude is running his campaign hardcore and doesn't need that wimpy Law of Life messing up his game. :D Kaah! That's interesting. Sadly mine has the misprint. I predict a fi...

Re: "Pure zones" on the maps -- which cosm?

They're pure zones of the invading cosm. Outside the invading realms, it's all dominant Core Earth (unless I am misremembering).

Re: DriveThru CARDS

Excellent idea. I just printed some customised Cosm Cards for oTorg through them and was thinking that they'd be a great way to do the Spell Cards etc.

Re: Infected outside of PP

In the original adventure, only the caisson (undersea dome) a hardpoint, but there's no reason you can't change that to make it the whole oilrig. The adventure also has the entire place be deserted. You could run with that and rule that the staff evacuated once the infection took hold. It's now run...
