I think more psychic powers should provide re-rolls, which are multiplicative in benefit, if they're going to be paired with an additive (+2 DN) penalty. For example, if Chameleon let you re-roll X failed stealth die, you'd need, on average, X=6 for the benefit to equal a +2DN penalty - any more an...

I am also not fond of disallowing all interaction attacks but Tech so as to not frustrate players that heir skills have become useless. Tech, Athletics, Ballistic Skill (for Suppression Fire). Actually, the current Codex Necrons says that Necron Warriors retain a glimmer of their former awareness of self and specifically states that therefore Necron Warriors are not fearless. Maybe, they should get the "Fearless" Talent in addition... it would not render them immune to Terror I...

What about Weapon Skill? AFAIK, Necron Warriors were able to fight in melee well.
Also: I'd add Deception to the list of Interaction Attacks Necrons are immune to, and add "Necron automatically passes any Fear test."

Truth to be said, I believe it's because this two chapters were written without comparissing. For example, every human NPC in Bestiary also has keyword "Human", as they should be; but no human archetype gives one.
