My guess is that if say a core earth character say has 2 reality storms perks and then transforms to Aysle reality, then they'd keep the core earth perks but then now can choose from aysle's special perks instead of core earth, am I close dean?

Hey dean, is there a deflect perk (similar to d&d's monk deflect missiles)?

Edit: or return to sender perk (for an attack)?

In a slight way, I'm surprised there wasn't a way to improve the DEX limit of the samurai armor, but I totally understand if it's a balance issue.

It really depends on the storytelling/adventure. In storm child's example, it would be a perfect setting for kids (note that most people when thinking of kids think of middle schoolers and up, or *really* intelligent young kids [like Rabbitball, lol].) I'm one for allowing it in some games but again...

Please! Please! Please! And I have to add, Please! The newsletter was what made playing Torg so unique. As a player or GM you had actual impact on the game. The newsletter of course is a 90s thing. Like I said, you can do whatever you want to. But the gear is balanced with these rules in mind, and several of these rules are there specifically to balance how awesome Full Auto is. There was a ton of discussion on this during design, so I want to be very clear what impacts ignoring the rule will...

Unless I see something more special for counting bullets from rapid/full auto, I'm just going to do what Rabbitball did in otorg and make people only lose bullets on mishaps. That limitation is for setting a maximum number of targets that you can fire at with Rapid Fire or Full Auto. Plus it's part...

Would shooting shooting the testes count as a vital blow? [Might as well ask for the eventual player that'll ask xD] So how are you determining close combat, like fisticuffs close combat or that little gap that a shotgun would give max damage? Unless I see something more special for counting bullets...
