The Dark Eye Universe Bundle on Steam

Postby bern » Thu Jul 27, 2017 4:17 am

Currently there is TDE Universe Bundle offered on Steam at a 85% discount. It includes Blackguards + 1 DLC, Chains of Satinav and Memoria.

Also, Chains of Satinav on its own is on sale at the same 85% discount.

Blackguards isn't that great in my opinion, but I definitely recommend the bundle just for Chains of Satinav and Memoria, which are both excellent adventure games.

Blackguards is okay. Nothing special. I was beta test user of this game. After that I never had fun to play this game again harhar

i really liked Blackguards and especially Blackguards 2. I turned it into a Pen and Paper campaign using some Pathfinder Mechanics from Hell's Rebels and my Players had to organize a rebell organization against the new regime in Mengbilla. It was a great campaign, they failed and our world ultimately changed a bit from official Aventuria (in so far that Mengbilla is still under control of Marwan and his demonic/chimerologic servants and continues to become a powerful force in the south) but the surviving PCs still plan to get revenge after accumulating new power in our Al'Anfa campaign, so the next thing could be an all out war under their control

Bern thanks for the info. I don't know how I manage to miss this bundle :)

I played Blackguards 1, but was a little boring. And I really hate that mechanics aren't explained at all. Some things were confusing to me and I know TDE rules.
Didn't played Blackguards 2 but with this price I'll try it.

Yep. It really pays off just because of Chains of Satinav, and Memoria. They are really good adventures

EDIT:
I just realized that Blackguards 2 isn't in the bundle :(
