Editable maps

Postby firwood » Tue Aug 14, 2018 9:47 am

Good afternoon people!

I am a subscriber of all TDE kickstarter and i really love every single piece of work until now.
I have just a little question: is it possible to have editable maps or blank maps without names?
I try to explain myself: i'm italian and i like to have a world map and Nostria map with italian names. Editing the map with Gimp or Photoshop is a nightmare. With a blank map it's easy to put in italian name instead english or german names.

Thanks for your attention!

Take a look at DereGlobus. So far I know you can hide names of the cities.
Please excuse my bad English, I'm a beginner.

Thanks for your answer.
I already installed the DereGlobus, but it's not what i like to use.
I need a normal map to print out and let on table during game session, only without names.
For the publisher it's not difficult to let download to kickstarter baker the blank map: all they must have to do is hide the layer with names.
I try to do myself but obviously the maps are password protected.

I think the smaller ones aren't available without any text, but maybe you can find the bigger ones on the sites of the artists, e.g. Deviantart.

Or just write to ulisses germany directly on their fb site or via mail, although there are probably copyright-problems with giving out blank maps.

Maybe you could use http://www.avespfade.de/ or https://www.orkenspalter.de/filebase/in ... %C3%A4nen/ - but both have names on it. You have to photoshop them away.

My favorite "edible" map is that of Asia Minor... it tastes like Turkey.
