Can the Overcharge Psionic perk (page 98) be used with any skill? Or just psionic skills?

1) Armor table, page 143: Spiked Plates says in the notes, "bonus adds to unarmed damage." But the description makes no mention of that, and instead says, "The spikes add the armor’s bonus to unarmed tests when Grappling (see page 123) or resisting a grapple." Which is true? Both? One or the other? It's similar to the Zan Spinose Plates on page 162 in that it's affecting unarmed damage and/or grappling, but also rather different in the execution.

2) Armor table, page 143: Destroyer Armor says in the notes, "user’s Strength gains a +2 for attacks", but Strength doesn't apply to attacks, only damage. Should that read damage instead?

There's no conflict with Spiked Plate. It adds a bonus to unarmed damage when grappling. You just need to read the armor description for the details because the chart only has so much room.

Zan Spinose Plating is different. It adds +1 damage to all unarmed attacks, and separately it allows you to automatically break a grapple.

A lot of gear is like this; the chart only can explain so much, look at the full description for the full info.

It should probably say +2 damage to attacks and +2 to carrying gear but was shortened for space limitations, which makes it a bit awkward. I read it as similar to the Giant Strength bonus to Dragon Armor, where it doesn't raise the Strength stat itself, just certain things you use Strength for (so Toughness is unaffected).

The issue is that the table says one thing (adds to unarmed damage) and the description says another (adds to grapple/breaking grapple tests).
