The Living Land Sourcebook Thread

Postby Spatula » Wed Apr 25, 2018 2:31 pm

I've only been able to skim it so far, but: so many new miracles!

Also I see a few new ways (related to an earlier thread) for LL humans to "compete" with edeinos.

Living Land possibilities!! Woo!!

A character who has three or more Living Land Possibilities counts as being within the cosm, as if a hardpoint or talisman was present.
The World Laws apply to such a character even while outside the Living Land.

Assuming this rule applies to each of the cosms "own" flavour of possibility. With a little bit of planning you "can" have your world laws all the time :D

Oh and there's the "use them to add a Bonus Die to any attack supported by the Axioms".. which is also cool

What are those little whirlwind icons on the map excerpts in the warzones section?
I thought maybe they were the backer destroyed cities but then noticed the one is Canada is MILES away from the invasion.

Is “two-handed” not a weapon property anymore? The large new melee weapons have Strength requirements but nothing saying it needs two hands, even the two-handed stone club. Just curious.

Gotta love the threat rating of the Avatar of Lanala...
Baruk Kaah is Delta grade threat, skip the rest of the alphabet and straight to Omega for the Avatar :D

I'm pretty sure that was an oversight. Report it in the form, please! Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that's what they're there for, but they're just placeholders atm.

p.110 - Stalenger and Benthe are canon as part of the menagerie lost world remnant. Means that they were part of an earlier cosm invasion.
Also means the Edeinos aren't exactly the diversity accepting hippies of your fathers Torg :D

My working name for "Perks only for Humans from the Living Land" is "Neanderthal" ... technically incorrect, but close enough that you can click on what they are easily. We''ll see if it evens the odds! (Mind you, I only have, like, *four* right now. And several Edeinos ones, so ... d'oh!)
