For a dragon attack, figure Ride of the Valkyries

Nile
Electro Swing

There's always the Raiders theme music

and of course the theme from the original Christopher Reeve Superman

Really anything by John Williams works for the Nile

Tharkold
Thrash metal?

Coming at this more from the Race/Resistance angle how about Head Like a Hole

And for the Resistance in general, the obvious choice is Twisted Sister's We're Not Gonna Take It Anymore

Soundtracks and scores are a quick start to playlists. The one trick is to avoid music that is too recognizable as belonging to its movie (John Williams' works in Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, and Jurassic Park are all based on repeating themes that catch too much attention). With that in mind I suggest the following.
AysIe: Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit (Maybe cutting a couple of tracks)
Living Land: Avatar
Nile Empire: Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, The Phantom, The Shadow
Cyberpapacy: The DaVinci Code and TRON: Legacy
Pan Pacifica: Resident Evil obviously. I want to re watch The Killer and Hard Boiled to recall the music.
TharkoId: Can't think of more than Mad Max (old and new) and parts of Terminator without the main theme. I don't recall the scores to the Hellraiser or Phantasm movies, so those might be good.
Orrorsh: Not a big fan of horror movies, and Halloween and Friday the 13th seem too on point. I just found out that Bollywood has a horror subculture of its own, and that might provide a perfect sweet spot.
Core Earth: Whatever, the whole cosm morphs to the adventure needs.

For genres or artists:
Aysle: Celtic, Enya, Lorena Mckennitt
Nile Empire: Big band for downtime
Cyberpapacy: Enigma (Especially the first album), Gregorian Chant; Combichrist and God Module, or Industrial Electric in general for when the merde hits the fan.
Pan Pacifica: Yoshida Brothers
Tharkold: Agreed, thrash metal
Orrosh: Gothic classical
Core Earth: Again whatever your plot needs

Aysle? Hell, we have Blind Guardian!
For Nile jazz was invented.
I argue fiercely, but I never believed disagreement should be capital offence.

I'm editing my posts often. English isn't my native language, and I'm doing a lot of mistakes; that, with thoughtful rereading, I often found and want to edit.

I found jazz to be very helpful when getting in the "Nile mood."

Stuff like this: https://youtu.be/zpeUnWrteQM

The entire albums of every Indiana Jones movie, the Mummy movies, the Rocketeer – all very nice as well.
