Are you gonna try to tell a dragon it can't be aquatic?

No Smaug, that bikini does not at all make you look fat.

We cannot summon Cyber-Leviathan, because in TorgE a sentient being like an aquatic dragon cannot change species on transformation.
...Oh wait. May there be a natural Leviathan with different origin? Are aquatic dragons sentient, or do they exist at all, in TorgE?

Aquatic dragons exist on Aysle cosm. If we are lucky, they will not make their way to Core Earth.

I'd also like to note that the Skald art is *fabulous*, but that the quote should be replaced with pretty much anything the Scottish Trainer form the new Pokémon game says in the assorted fanwork.

"Aye Moira, yes spot on! Ah'm oan the expay shaer!"

"Is th' Pope cath'lick u cheeky tart?"

"What're YU starin' at, ya wee posh runt? Are we gonna have us a fight or what?!"

She's perfect. :D

They can do that after they win the war on Core Earth.

BTW I expected to see some other forms of Dragons in the Aysle SB. Is the "default" Dragon/Great Dragon the newer version of the Draconis Teutonica with the frost breath replaced by a fire breath ?

No, it's not. The sourcebook focuses on the dragons most likely to show up on Core Earth. Other dragons may appear in adventures.
