I asked if Zagreb fan material is based on capital of Croatia
I'm from Croatia and I see several similarities in nomenclature:

Zagreb = Zagreb (capital of Croatia)
Croven Republic = Croatia
Zigan = Cigan (croatian word for gipsies and have similar pronunciation as Zigan in english)

Maybe it's all coincidence, but you know, curiosity killed the cat

Not a lot of the naming is coincidence in Fading Suns. Some names were chosen for the inflection they invoke and a lot of the names of places and people were meant to build a connection in the mind to a culture or period. Zagreb Field is a fan-made location but as you mentioned there are a lot of other places and names that have Eastern European sounding names because the creators wanted to connect those names with the feel and attitude of the culture and history of those places.

Once we've got the Torg Kickstarter up and running, I plan to devote some time to our Fading Suns social media. There won't be a lot of news yet, which is why I've been playing it kind of slow for the moment - we don't want to build a presence without something to say.

But part of that initial work will definitely be the forums. So keep an eye out for those. And thanks for your eagerness to help get them started!
