I'm not sure why they couldn't make an English version first. Or even English only. It's old material for the German audience, which is probably still possible to find as second hand or online. But it's brand new to the English audience.
USNA has a team for localization. I'm sure they can handle adapting something old instead of just waiting for the German HQ to do it first.

It's not like we're a huge crew. We don't really have the man-hours available right now for extra projects. Our team is working very hard as it is to translate and edit the stuff that's already in line.

If you really want something like this to happen, the best way is to help us build a fanbase that's so hungry for products that we keep having to hire people. Then, when we're as caught up with the German releases as we can be and have that staff ready to go, THEN we can look at revamping previous edition materials. :D

I'm currently reading the third book of the phileasson saga. Very very nice! The phileasson saga was my first campaign in TDE I've played many years ago. So many memories. 8-)

I see it in the same way. The novels are important to feel the world of aventuria. Especially beginners can learn a lot and there are so many good novels. At the moment I have collected 139 novels from TDE (only german) and want more :D

yeah, until 11. September 2017 it is very long. When you now consider that it will be released 12 books at all... I guess in 6 years we can first read the final chapter of this sage
